Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for installing programming, system start-up/check-out, certification, and related customer training on assigned Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects including small to large projects that typically have a higher degree of complexity. Also delivers assigned projects effectively and within budgeted cost and time schedules. Acts as key interface for technical support with the customer and maximizes customer satisfaction. Mentors and coaches less-experienced staff.
