Responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including designing, developing, selecting, integrating and maintaining database-driven applications, systems and/or networks. Includes coding, unit testing, documentation, debugging and oral and written communications. Requires scripting, high-level administration skills and programming. Entails working on existing applications as well as creating new applications. The work may include the use of manuals, guidelines or other established procedures containing or relating to highly technical, scientific, legal, financial or other similarly complex matters that can be understood or interpreted only by those with advanced or specialized knowledge or skills.
