To better acclimate new employees to the organization. This individual is responsible for welcoming and training all new temporary and Company XYZ employees. The Mentor will serve as a positive role model, and develop and maintain relationships with employees as well as provide assistance and support for new employees. This individual will evaluate the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual growth. The trainer is responsible for communicating all training needs and results to Supervisors and Team Leaders.
