- Spearheaded the development and delivery of the annual Compensation Conference, including agenda design, speaker coordination, and content creation. Presented on the economic outlook, total rewards, compensation strategy, pay transparency, and pay increase trends.
- Regularly present the value of wage and compensation surveys to HR professionals and business leaders, including how survey data supports competitive pay strategies, recruitment, retention, and overall compensation planning.
- Educate organizations on survey methodology best practices, including the differences between employer-reported and employee-reported data and the importance of accurate participation in strengthening industry benchmarks.
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison between survey teams and external partners to drive survey participation and ensure the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive compensation reports.
