Jennifer is customer-focused and values the long-term relationships she has developed with members. Applying her significant human resources and affirmative action experience, Jennifer ensures that every member’s experience is both positive and memorable.

Expertise

Jen is a Member Relations Manager in MRA’s Member Relations Department. A human resource generalist, Jen has proven abilities in a wide range of human resource functions, including recruitment and employment, policy development and implementation, benefits, employee relations, and presentation of training programs. This broad experience has allowed Jen to expand her role with member organizations, assisting them in finding MRA services to support their businesses.

Key Accomplishments

  • Assisted member organizations in all aspects of affirmative action and equal opportunity issues, including developing of affirmative action plans, implementing techniques for successful affirmative action programs and audit preparation, addressing equal employment opportunity issues, and conducting unlawful harassment training.
  • Collaborated with Member Relations team to qualify leads, draft proposals, recommend solutions, and close the sales cycle, increasing repeat business opportunities.
  • Created and presented seminars and on-site programs addressing member and industry AA and EEO needs.

Education

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
