The Coronavirus changed us! We learned quite a bit about what we were prepared for, and what we weren’t. As we come out of COVID-19, employers are going to have to deal with as many issues as they had going into it. There’s a lot of uncertainty and unknowns right now, but one thing we do know, is that when things go back to “normal”, it’s not going to be the same as it was a couple of months ago.
