    Bill Graham, Graham Corporate Communications

    Most known for his likeability, Bill's training helps corporate, non-profit and government professionals to become more engaged, impactful communicators. After spending more than two dozen years training writers for the Procter & Gamble soap operas and producing and directing in a live DC area theater. He shifted his role to coaching outside of the acting space. For almost 15 years, he has been delivering speeches and communication training for professionals around the world. He teaches a broad range of courses for the US Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management. He has taught leadership communication courses at New York University’s School for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management and Seton Hall University.

    Cherrie is a visionary leader with over 3 decades of experience in human resources and a recognized coach, facilitator, and change management leader. She provides a fresh perspective to her clients by merging real-world experience with proven knowledge of people. She is the President at ShiftForward Consulting, based in Atlanta, GA. Cherrie received her B.A. in Communications from Black Hills State University, Spearfish, SD, where she was recognized as the Distinguished Military Graduate and by Who’s Who among Students in American Colleges and Universities. She earned a Master’s in Human Resources with an emphasis in International Management, from Webster University, St. Louis, MO. She holds professional certifications for Senior Professional Human Resources, Executive & Organizational Coaching and Quality Management.

    Dr. Jeff Kaplan, Leading With Heart

    Dr. Jeff Kaplan has been working in the fields of education and psychology for 25 years. Jeff has spent the majority of the last 15 years coaching, training and consulting. He has developed and facilitated over 200 training programs on team development, communication/assertiveness, interpersonal dynamics and corporate wellness. Jeff is extensively trained and highly skilled in the creative design, development, and measurement of change processes. Jeff’s consulting work has been primarily focused on strategic development, organizational & cultural change and interpersonal relationships. As an executive coach, he is known for his innovative approaches to help managers and executives break free from habitual thought and behavior patterns and think, decide and act mindfully.

    Jeff is the presenter for the June session: Leading With Heart.

    Pamela Landwirth, Give Kids The World

    Pamela is the president and CEO of Give Kids The World, a non-profit resort in Central Florida that fulfills the wishes of critically ill kids and their families, to ignite an enduring sense of hope in their hearts. She works closely on strategic advancement initiatives for the organization and with companies to create charitable partnerships that fuel purpose and success. As a speaker, she shares her story, the lessons she has learned, and how other companies can use purpose and service for growth. Her book, On Purpose, explores the value of defining purpose and giving service in companies’ efforts to increase engagement, improve productivity, and boost morale.
