With 25 years of experience in all things human capital, Sharlie has successfully helped organizations find pathways to efficiency and profitability, foster employee engagement to reduce turnover, improve compliance to mitigate risk, and position companies for organic growth or acquisition.

Key Accomplishments

  • Led a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and plan for large financial services first Employee Resource Group (ERG), serving as co-chair of the Career Development committee, developing and implementing a corporate-wide employee mentoring program and executive leadership reverse mentoring program, resulting in increased career coaching and placement for diverse employees in above entry-level positions, elevated inclusion and awareness, ultimately enhancing the organizations, overall D&I goals, measures, and accountability. Led divisional and department D&I planning with executive leaders and their teams.
  • Partnered with senior business leaders across multiple business groups to provide comprehensive human resources support. Proactively engaged with the business to develop HR solutions that enable business strategies, foster leadership success, maximize employee engagement, and drive the employee value.
  • Coached executives and supported executive leadership equipping them to meet their key business strategies and measures including employee engagement, succession planning as well helping the company develop and maintain excellent collaboration and communication between leadership and staff.

Education

Sharlie holds a master’s degree in management/HR focus from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Carroll University, Waukesha, Wisconsin.
