Rob has an extremely outgoing personality. He tries to tie conversations back to everyday life with a gentle, firm, and friendly manner.

Expertise

Rob has experience in financial management, business banking, non-profit leadership, and training. Most recently, Rob worked in the construction industry on the project management side and has gotten his hands dirty with renovation projects. 

Key Accomplishments

  • Wrote and received grant proposals for two non-profits totaling $800,000.
  • Provided leadership training to over four hundred participants combined in my career as an Instructor/Trainer for the International Chemical Workers' Union Council, Community Action Agency, Greater Cincinnati Urban League, and Cypress Mandella (Oakland, California)
  • Spearheaded a project centered on economic and workforce development in impoverished Cincinnati neighborhoods. 
  • Created a successful Financial Literacy company to teach junior and senior high school students about money management. 

Education

Rob earned an MBA from Northern Kentucky University and a bachelor's degree in management and marketing from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia.

Professional and Community Activities

Rob is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., where he consistently gives back his time to teach young adults pathways of life.
