My work has involved frequent travel, both within and outside the U.S. This has opened my horizons and led to a life-long love of meeting new people, enjoying new cultures, and experiencing the history and outdoor adventures of countries in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Antarctica – two more continents to go!

Expertise

Pat has a wealth of experience in compensation strategy, plan design, and implementation. She has worked across a broad range of industries and focuses on base salary, incentives, and compensation survey design and data analysis. She enjoys working with organizations to align their compensation systems with their business objectives and culture.

Key Accomplishments

  • Designed sales compensation plans that reward goal attainment, focus on profitable sales, reinforce productive salesforce behaviors and reflect the sales culture of an organization.
  • Developed base salary systems, for emerging companies and established organizations, that are market competitive and performance-driven.
  • Conducted private salary surveys for associations and selected peer groups to provide quality industry or other specialized data.

Pat is a member of World at Work and has presented at their annual conferences in the past. She has served on the board of directors of several social service and religious organizations in the Twin Cities.
