Dr. Seuss taught many valuable lessons, and Mallory’s biggest take away at a young age was to embrace yourself and your uniqueness. Mallory strives to create a unique experience with each MRA member, and those that she connects with daily. Variety is the spice of life, and as a recruiting business partner, each day is different from the next, which is something she quite enjoys.

With 10 years of recruiting experience, Mallory has been afforded the chance to work within multiple skill sets throughout multiple industries. However, within the last four years she has honed in on the IT industry, more specifically within the functional skill sets. She has a strong knowledge and network of business analysts, project managers, project coordinators, product owners, and scrum masters.
Education
Mallory earned a bachelor’s degree in general business from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in 2009.
