  • Implemented and managed enterprise-wide skilled-trades labor program. Successfully grew program from inception to over 100 participants.
  • Collaborated with business partners and legal counsel to develop programs that enhanced employee engagement.
  • Coached and supported senior leaders on key business transformation initiatives, including organizational restructuring.

Education

Linda pursued a paralegal degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College. She holds a Project Management: Planning, Scheduling, and Control Certification from the Center for Professional & Executive Development – Wisconsin School of Business. In 2021 she became an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) qualified administrator.
