With over 25 years of broad human resource leadership experience, Laurie has held national responsibilities in a variety of industries such as aerospace, grocery, and computer networking.

Laurie’s human resource experience includes management development, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits, employee relations and investigations, recruitment and retention strategies, and strategic solutions. Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), she is an experienced trainer in the areas of management and professional development and diversity. Experienced as an online HR instructor and curriculum developer, Laurie has a strong interest in recruiting and outplacement, always striving to make the perfect match.

Laurie earned a master’s degree in business administration with an HR concentration from Keller Graduate School, Chicago, Illinois. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin.
