Kristin draws her knowledge from 20+ years of HR Generalist and project management experience related to sales, finance, manufacturing, marketing, IT, healthcare, insurance, legal, non-profit, skilled trades and engineering.

She now focuses on Talent Management, helping employers recruit and develop a workforce that is as productive as possible and likely to stay with their organization long-term. Her success is attributed to her vast Retention, Employee Experience, Coaching, and Career Transition expertise.

  • Partnered with Global organizations to develop recruitment strategies to identify and hire talent domestically and globally.
  • Created organizations with retention tools via cloud-based software to extract data to provide organizations with real-time metrics on employee turnover that impact best practices and retention strategies.
  • Project Manager for large-scale recruitment initiatives with key customers building new start-ups, expanding facility operations, or relocating business operations. Onboarded new executive team.
  • Coached, advised, educated, trained, and provided individualized support to clients experiencing involuntary layoffs.

Education

Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
