Throughout Jillian’s 17 years as a leader and HR professional she has worked in agriculture, food manufacturing, aerospace engineering, logistics, construction, retail, finance, auto sales, and the service industry. She is experienced in training and supervising HR professionals, executive strategic planning, compiling and analyzing reports, creating and reviewing policies and handbooks, incentive programs, recruiting processes, performance management programs and learning management systems. Jillian has a strong ability to learn new programs quickly and adapt to a variety of environments and team dynamics.

Key Accomplishments

  • Standardized supervisor training; planned and executed training program for improved knowledge in management competencies and legal compliance
  • Developed and implemented a performance management program to improve employee engagement and succession planning
  • Conducted job description review, job title standardization, job duty and scope assessment, utilizing third-party data to complete a full compensation analysis
  • Created a recruiting program, designed tools to implement standardization, enhanced communication among leadership and employees, increased candidate engagement, and improved employee experience and retention


Jillian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in human resource management from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater. She earned a Human Resource Professional Certification from the HR Certification Institute and recertified through MRA courses.


Jillian loves fitness and is always interested in learning more about health, wellness, nutrition, and mindfulness. She enjoys taking her dog on trail walks and appreciates anything that involves the outdoors, including ice fishing, hiking, lake swimming, and just sitting outside on her deck. Jillian also believes that if meditation doesn’t help, there’s always karaoke.
