Jessica’s passion lies in pursuing new adventures and traveling the world. Those close to Jessica recognize that her passion, curiosity, and perseverance propels her forward and guides her down roads less traveled.  Success means she continues to enjoy life, experience new things, and takes on new opportunities. 

In her position as a Compensation Director, Jessica provides comprehensive consultative, analytical, and best practice guidance to members with respect to total rewards strategies, programs, issues, and practices, which align the strategic goals of the member’s human resources objective to attract, retain, and motivate talent.

Expertise

Jessica has extensive knowledge in the broad-based human resources practices and strategic business partnership serving small to mid-sized organizations in the manufacturing and services industries. Her expertise includes practical knowledge of business management and strategy, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and workforce planning, performance and organizational development, investigations and conflict resolution, safety, and risk management. 

Key Accomplishments

  • Developed, implemented, and managed compensation strategies to ensure consistent, equitable, and market competitiveness compensation programs, and evaluated pay for a variety of positions, utilizing market data from local, regional, or national sources while maintaining compliance with government regulations.
  • Delivered and supported value-added services and innovative solutions to management and employees that align the workforce with strategic goals of the company such as spearheading the implementation and migration of multiple HRIS platforms that result in automating the compensation, performance management, applicant tracking, and benefits processes.

Education

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resource management from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.  She earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.

Professional and Community Activities

Jessica is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and a faculty member of the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA). She has impacted the local community by volunteering at various organizations including Girl Scouts of Southeast Wisconsin, Habitat for Humanity, United Way, and Wisconsin State Fair Park Foundation.
