Diann strives to create positive forward progress every day for those around her. She focuses training on “making it real” by candidly addressing real-world doubts while encouraging participants to commit to small steps forward as well as significant leaps over time.

Expertise

Diann leverages over 20 years of diverse experience serving leaders in the manufacturing, health care, and technology development industries. Her passion is for proactive human resource strategies, including employee engagement and retention, optimizing performance management, and leadership development at all levels. Diann has worked with a range of companies, from small, privately held organizations to large, publicly traded international companies.

Key Accomplishments

  • Trained and coached over 1,500 leaders both in-person and remotely on topics including compliance, leadership development, and HRIS system use
  • Engaged frontline employees across all shifts to support employee recruitment, engagement, and retention efforts by acting as a bridge between employee and business priorities
  • Implemented complex HRIS software projects from all sides: as the vendor, the client, a consultant, a trainer, and an end user

Education

Diann earned a bachelor of business administration in management with a second major in organizational communication from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and completed the Leadership Development Program with the Center for Creative Leadership.

Professional and Community Activities

Diann enjoys participating in the Southeast WI Chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD), actively supports the Hartford-Slinger Relay for Life, and enjoys volunteering with the Schauer Arts and Activities Center.
