Dan’s ability to work collaboratively with employees and work as a team to accomplish any size task has been key to his success. Whether working on strategic projects or facilitating a leadership training session, Dan’s ability to include employees in problem-solving situations has not only made him a leader among his peers, it has also made his peers leaders within their organization.
Prior to joining MRA, Dan spent over 21 years as an HR generalist and in executive leadership roles for the human health and animal health pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in multiple states. He has broad expertise and knowledge, including leadership and employee development, onboarding, training, learning and development, employee and labor relations, investigations, and employee benefits.

Dan has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
