Affirmative Action Business Partner
Affirmative Action
She believed she could, so she did.
R.S. Grey

Beth lives and works by the “3 P” philosophy: perseverance, positivity, and people centered. Beth’s glass is always half full with a can-do attitude. Her love of people led her career path to human resources.

Beth worked in the financial services industry, where she worked at both state and national credit union associations in product development. She then gained her practical HR experience through her positions as vice president of member services at a large credit union, where she oversaw a department of 150 people, and as president/CEO of a small credit union. Beth then became a solo HR professional in the health care industry, where she was all things HR to over 200 employees.
