Welcome to aPHR Certification Preparation offered by MRA
MRA is committed to helping you effectively prepare for the aPHR national certification exam. We look forward to partnering with you as you pursue HR certification!
Please review the following information in preparation:

Program Materials
A set of HR Certification Preparation (HRCP) program materials will be shipped directly to you at your company address from HRCP 1-2 weeks prior to the start of class. The materials come from HRCP and MRA is not authorized to duplicate them. Lost materials would need to be replaced by the participant at the HRCP cost. Once your study materials are shipped to you, HRCP will email you the UPS tracking number and access information to HRCP's online practice tests and resources.
HRCP does not advocate that its program “teaches the exam” and we have found this to be true. Please note the exam may cover some topics or issues differently than the HRCP program materials. Wherever possible, we will include information and discussions that expand upon the HRCP materials. Group discussion is also very important to your overall learning and preparation for the exam.

Prior to class
A large part of passing the exam will be based on reading and studying the HRCP materials, along with your own experience. HR professionals do not necessarily use some items covered in the materials on a daily basis, so you'll want to be sure to read those areas most unfamiliar to you. We recommend you read through all units before the class.

Dress and Refreshments
We invite you to dress casually and comfortably for class. Lunch will be provided by MRA.

Registration/Cancellation
Prepayment is required for this course. If you already paid, please disregard. For your safety and the security of your credit card, you may pay online. The training participant, or MRA's primary contact for your organization, may log in to www.mranet.org. Click the dashboard link at the top of the screen and view Transaction History/Invoices. Open the corresponding invoice and choose Pay Now to pay by credit card. You may also call Accounts Receivable at 262.696.3509 or mail a check to MRA-The Management Association, N19 W24400 Riverwood Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188.
If you must cancel or reschedule the preparation program, please contact MRA's Registrations Team at [email protected] or 262.696.3319. If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the program and certification books are unopened and unused, participants will receive a full refund.

Exam Reminders
To apply for the exam, log on to www.hrci.org.
aPHR exams are conducted by HRCI and there is an exam fee payable to HRCI.
aPHR exams are administered year-round.
