    Creating Workforce Resilience:

Understanding the Impact of Trauma and Mental Health on Achieving Organizational Success

Mental health and 'trauma' are often misunderstood. Trauma is not just about car accidents or mundane daily hassles. Adverse traumatic life experiences include addictions, violence, verbal and sexual abuse, chronic poverty or unemployment, depression, discrimination, neglect, and many other sources. Trauma and unresolved mental health issues prevent employees from functioning to their full potential. The impact on organizations can lead to increased absenteeism, turnover, and lower productivity. What can organizations do to create a more resilient workforce to achieve greater organizational success? Attend this event to learn more about the challenges of trauma and mental health issues and how to create workforce resilience!
