MRA Welcomes Kelly Kauffman as Vice President, Consulting

Waukesha, WI — May 21 — MRA—The Management Association is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Kauffman as Vice President, Consulting, effective May 18, 2026. In this role, Kauffman will lead several of MRA’s core consulting practices, strengthening the organization’s ability to support members with practical, future‑ready consulting expertise.

Kauffman will oversee HR Services, Organizational Development, Compensation Services, Conferences & Events, and the HR Hotline, bringing a connected and strategic approach to how MRA partners with its members. Her leadership will play a key role as organizations adapt to workforce change, growing regulatory demands, and emerging opportunities related to technology and AI.

Kauffman most recently served as Chief Human Capital Officer for the Milwaukee Bucks, where she built and led a high-impact HR function and partnered closely with senior leaders on organizational strategy, culture, compliance, and talent development. Her background includes deep expertise in organizational development, executive coaching, HR innovation, and complex workplace matters.
