MRA offers this program only as an onsite at your location.

Stress is a spur to action, growth, and success if correctly handled. But if poorly handled, stress can be a cause of burnout, ineffectiveness, and employee strife. This program is designed to help you recognize the sources, symptoms, and effects of stress and learn how to address work pressures and meet the challenges of stress-related problems. In addition, you will develop a practical, concrete self-management approach to stress.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define what stress is and describe factors that initiate a stress response.
  • Recognize the symptoms of the stress cycle.
  • Demonstrate and practice effective stress reduction techniques.

Who Should Attend:

Individuals who are experiencing work-related stress and who want to deal with this stress more effectively.

MRA maintains a list of individuals interested in this program, which may be scheduled on an as-needed basis. This program may also be brought to your organization onsite.
