In this program, participants develop their ability to recognize and solve problems in a lean business environment using a proven approach. The program teaches participants how to use several widely accepted problem-solving tools, such as: A3s, 5Whys, Ishakawa cause and effect diagrams, flowcharts, Pareto diagrams, run charts, and force field analysis. The case study used in class reinforces how to apply the tools in a real-world setting.
