Susan Fronk is president and CEO of MRA–The Management Association, one of the largest employer associations in the nation. Susan leads a staff of 220 HR and business professionals who annually help 4,000 employers to recruit, develop, and retain a powerful workforce. President since 1999, Susan has led the organization through growth and steadily increasing member value.
Susan joined MRA in 1984 after managing employee and labor relations, employment, EEO, and affirmative action for a 2200-employee division of American Hospital Supply Corporation. Over the course of twenty years, Susan rose through the MRA ranks in a variety of human resource and management positions that prepared her to lead the organization. Susan is passionate about the exceptional service MRA provides to its members 24/7; she says it is a privilege to work with so many future-focused business leaders and to support growing companies to help the economy thrive.
Susan holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Professional and Community Activities
Susan serves on the executive committee and board of directors for Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, and on the boards of the United Performing Arts Fund, the Milwaukee Public Museum, and the Waukesha County Business Alliance. She is immediate past chair and serves on the board of the national Employer Associations of America.
