Rachel is a hard-working individual who enjoys helping others and learning every day. Rachel dislikes sitting idle, so she is always on the go, continuously looking for more to do, whether it be helping support MRA’s HR Hotline, translating MRA’s employee handbook template, generating reports, writing articles and policies for the HR Resource Center, or being the member liaison for Wisconsin safety services.
Before joining MRA, Rachel spent two years interning in a recruiting role for a large logistics company while also attending college as a full-time student, participating in leadership roles for multiple student organizations, and completing over 113 community service hours. Through these experiences Rachel learned the value of time management, teamwork, and the joy of helping others.
- Obtained HRCI certification
- Assisted in the audit and update of internal HR resources and tools
- Translated employee handbooks from English to Spanish
- Created and managed online internship postings in multiple markets
Rachel earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management with a minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin—Whitewater.
