Training Specialist | Manager, Marketing & Communications
“Things only have the value that we give them.” - Moliere
It doesn’t take a marketing expert to understand that outstanding experiences create value that leads to delighted customers. When participants express that they received tremendous value from the training sessions Andy facilitates, he is both inspired and invigorated by them.
With 15 years of management and leadership experience in the sports broadcasting, financial services, healthcare, and information technology (IT) industries, Andy draws on his knowledge and experiences to help participants sharpen their leadership skills and business acumen. As a graduate- and undergraduate-level business and marketing instructor for the past several years, Andy discovered he has a passion for facilitating adult learning through fun, interactive, “real world” education. Whether he is working with first-time supervisors, or seasoned leaders seeking continuous skillset improvement, Andy is able to make the training experience one that is memorable, entertaining, and immediately actionable.
In addition, Andy serves the MRA membership as a marketing and business intelligence professional.
Andy holds a BA in Organizational Communications from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and an MBA with an emphasis in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. He has taught courses in advanced marketing management, advertising, change management, business and leadership, and business technology to undergraduates and MBA candidates alike at Cardinal Stritch University’s School of Business and Management, and Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). In addition, he is a member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and a marketing committee member at the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum.
Andy resides in Milwaukee, WI with his wife, two daughters, and dog, Mr. Fezziwig, who is named after a prodigious business leader created by Charles Dickens in his classic, A Christmas Carol.
