Training Specialist

For 20 years, Janet Kloser has been following her passion for people development; assisting people to realize and cultivate their potential, while positively impacting business performance.
Known as an approachable and enthusiastic facilitator, this Certified Master Trainer’s background in the hospitality industry is evident. Janet’s experience rising through the ranks as a supervisor and manager in turnaround management, transitioning staff during acquisitions, and then providing training and quality support to more than 100 hotels across the country created rich learning experiences she incorporates into classes.
As an Independent Master Trainer for the Training for Intervention Procedures certification program, Janet has worked with a wide range of teams and individuals in businesses, law enforcement, community coalitions, universities, and professional sports venues across the country.
Participants in Janet’s workshops will experience an interactive and engaging learning environment with a path to self-discovery. They will reap the benefits of effective leadership through immediate implementation of skills and knowledge back on the job.
Janet earned a B.A. in Travel & Tourism from Ball State University and a certificate in Organization Development through the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). A board member for Southeast Wisconsin ASTD, she spent several years coordinating their special events team and is now President Elect. Janet is an active volunteer in several local non-profit organizations in the Milwaukee area.
