In addition, Angela came to MRA with years of experience in employee relations, training development, compensation management, compliance and team building.

Angela’s current role at MRA includes responding to internal employee relations including COBRA, FMLA and Workers Compensation and 401(k) administration. Angela is the expert for MRA’s wide range of benefits and is always looking for new trends. Angela works closely with department heads to plan staffing needs as well as source and evaluate select MRA candidates who will contribute to our growth and success. Angela is a contributor to MRA’s positive and respectful employee-employer culture by continually developing exceptional rapport with MRA’s workforce. In addition, Angela is using technology to streamline processes and provides support to the payroll function.
Education
Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from St. Norbert College and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
