Mark has been with MRA since 1998 and since that time has been responsible for the deployment and maintenance of all technology-based products and services used by the MRA staff. Mark has worked in the computer industry for over 30 years, getting his start working on Air Defense mainframe computers from IBM for the United States Air Force. After finishing his tour, Mark worked as a Customer Engineer with Control Data Corporation (CDC) maintaining and repairing large CDC and IBM Mainframe computers and peripherals until 1986 when his skills were enlisted by Sentinel Technologies, a third party integrator, to facilitate the opening of their first branch office in Brookfield, WI.
