Training Operations Manager
Juggling many tasks while working with her MRA colleagues to provide the best training experience for MRA members describes a day in the life of Linda Hildebrand. In her role of managing the day-to-day training operations in MRA’s Institute of Management, Linda’s focus is on scheduling the right programs and matching up the appropriate instructors in order to maximize the learning experience for participants. Linda also manages the many administrative processes that support MRA’s training operation in addition to overseeing the MRA conference center operations at the Wisconsin office.
With over 25 years of experience in training and development and human resources, Linda has developed training programs, provided instruction, and managed training operations in both the public and private sectors. She currently is an active participant in the Employers Association of America Training & Development Networking Group.
Linda earned a B.A. from the State University of New York – Cortland and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
