Manager, Affirmative Action Services
Brian Lemley is an AA/EEO Manager in MRA’s Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Services Department. Brian’s proven experience in the employment process and affirmative action has fostered a broad-based knowledge of the issues related to equal employment opportunity.
As an AA/EEO Manager, Brian assists member companies in all aspects of affirmative action and equal opportunity, including development of affirmative action plans, audit preparation, and assistance with implementation techniques for successful affirmative action programs.
Brian has an outstanding service record, displaying a strong dedication to meeting members’ needs. His knowledge of federal, state, and county regulations allows him to effectively field compliance inquiries. In addition, Brian is well versed on the various issues surrounding sexual harassment in the workplace and provides assistance to companies in the resolution of sexual harassment complaints.
Brian holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
