Jennifer Agnew is a Manager in MRA’s Equal Employment Opportunity & Affirmative Action Services Department.
Jennifer successfully manages dual roles within MRA. This comprehensive experience allows Jennifer to provide services
to employers in a variety of human resource areas.
As an experienced human resource generalist, Jennifer has proven abilities in a wide range of human resource functions, including recruitment and employment, policy development and implementation, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and presentation of supervisory training programs. Jennifer’s proven experience in affirmative action and equal opportunity contribute to her effective performance as a human resource professional.
As an Affirmative Action Manager, Jennifer has assisted member organizations in all aspects of affirmative action and equal opportunity issues, including development of affirmative action plans, assistance with implementation techniques for successful affirmative action programs and audit preparation, addressing equal employment opportunity issues, and conducting unlawful harassment training.
This broad experience allows Jennifer to expand her role with member organizations, providing services in a variety of human resources areas in addition to affirmative action and equal employment opportunity.
Jennifer holds a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
