Vicki Vought brings over 20 years of Human Resource and leadership expertise to serve MRA members. In her role, she has applied her experiences in several capacities at MRA including direction of MRA’s membership services, including the 24/7 Information Line, publications and HR training. In her current position, she oversees the Research and Survey area and Consulting Services (Compensation, Outplacement, Affirmative Action, Roundtables and Reference Checking). Vicki’s positive communication style and extensive business experience provide a solid foundation for her additional role as Executive Director of the Employer Associations of America, which is a national association of employer associations managed by MRA. This association has a mission to collectively advance the success of employers by providing a dynamic forum for collaboration, leadership, and knowledge through a powerful national alliance.
Vicki’s professional career includes broad Human Resource experience in the health and financial services industries. Prior to MRA, she was Vice President of Human Resources for both a large healthcare provider and at a national property and casualty insurer. Her career has included successfully implementing programs that impact employee engagement and productivity, including training, benefit/compensation design, operations management and strategic planning.
Vicki earned both her Master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She holds an MBA and an MS in Educational Psychology.
