As MRA's Senior Survey Analyst, Juli is responsible for the day to day project management, supporting all stages of the survey lifecycle for MRA’s Employee Engagement and custom surveys striving to ensure MRA’s survey services meet or exceed each organization’s expectations. Juli brings more than 18 years experience in the human resources field, and her thorough understanding of the research process and superior service aptitude are instrumental to her success in this role.
What Juli finds most rewarding in her job is seeing an organization's improvement in engagement and satisfaction after they take action on areas of opportunity following an Employee Engagement Survey.
Prior to joining MRA, Juli worked in a corporate human resources department and was responsible for administration of benefits, payroll, and employee communications. She received the Commitment to Excellence-Executive Leadership Team award.
