Supervisor, Salary & Benefit Surveys
Kelly Greinke, Supervisor, Salary & Benefit Surveys, is responsible for the publication of MRA’s 20+ core annual wage and salary surveys, which cover over 1,000 benchmark jobs, ranging from executives to managers to the hourly workforce. Each survey has multiple volumes representing wage and salary data for Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. In addition, she also responsible for the publication of MRA’s core annual benefits surveys, which cover topics such as holidays, insurance plans, merit increases, and HR policies and benefits. Kelly supervises the collection of survey data from members via MRA’s state-of-the-art web-based survey system. She also is responsible for analysis, data integrity and the final reports on each of the unique surveys while maintaining strict adherence to anti-trust guidelines. She further provides member support and is the expert contact for member’s advanced technical issues.
Kelly’s experience with compensation data and salary surveys includes holding the position of Compensation Administrator at one of the largest retail corporations in the United States. It further continued when she took the job as Survey Data Analyst at MRA in 2003. She was quickly promoted to Senior Data Analyst, Senior Technical Analyst and now holds the position of Supervisor. Her keen eye for numbers, ability to manage multiple projects at once and high level technical skills are the strengths that she brings to her position every day.
Kelly holds an Associates Degree in Arts and Science from the University Wisconsin – Waukesha. She is an expert on the multiple software programs: Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, Crystal Reports, C&R Wage & Salary, SurveyPro, PeriscopeIQ, and continues to further her technical and management skills.
