Randy Wondergem is a Director of Compensation Services for MRA–The Management Association, Inc.
Randy’s expertise is a result of 15 years of human resource management experience, primarily in compensation and labor issues. He counsels manufacturing and service organizations on a wide range of compensation issues. Randy has designed and implemented a variety of alternative pay programs and group and individual incentives. He is a frequent speaker for service organizations on wage and hour regulations and reward programs.
Education
He holds a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is a member of the American Compensation Association.
