Director Organizational Development
David Georgenson holds the position of Director, Organizational Development. He has more than 25 years of diverse experience in executive coaching, leadership assessment and development, team building, performance management, program design, change management, and strategic human resource planning.
Prior to joining MRA, David served as president of his own leadership development consulting firm. David also held key talent development positions in Fortune 500 companies and directed the organizational development activities of a large nonprofit organization and major leadership development consulting firms. In these past positions, David has helped companies increase sales, reduce turnover, improve manager-employee relationships, and enhance executive performance.
David has written articles and given numerous presentations on strategies that ensure leadership development activities support organizational objectives. David’s strength lies in his ability to assist employers in identifying opportunities to enhance organizational performance through leadership development, manager and executive coaching, and performance management.
David holds BS and MS degrees in adult education and industrial psychology from the University of Rochester. He has been certified as an executive coach by the prestigious training organization, The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
