Many organizations find their wage, salary, and benefit questions are answered through MRA's standardized Member Wage and Salary Surveys. For those requiring more unique information, MRA can create a custom wage, salary, and/or benefit survey that gathers the data most relevant to you.

Custom Survey Process
With each custom project, we begin by determining your specific needs:

  • Objectives
  • Specific topics
  • Format (online, phone, mail, focus group)
  • Employees/Customers to survey or sample
  • Demographic categories (depending on how you wish to examine the results)
  • Response rate for validity

Custom Survey Report and Implementation
Following creation of the survey, MRA will administer it as desired, analyze the data, and produce a comprehensive report.

Reports include:

  • Professional analysis and interpretation.
  • Easy-to-read tabulated data and color charts.
  • Verbatim employee/customer comments (if desired).
  • Recommendations (if desired).

PLUS, MRA will meet with management to review and discuss the results.

After the report, MRA can help you act on the information by:
