Reference Checking: New Users
Getting started is easy. You can submit your order in one of three ways:
- Via fax: Right-click links below, select "save target as" to save to your computer, open, print, complete, and fax.
- Via e-mail: Right-click links below, select "save target as" to save to your computer, open, fill in all required fields, save, and return via e-mail attachment to rcservices@mranet.org.
Step I
If you haven't used MRA's services before, please complete the following two forms to set-up your account and get started today.
- MRA Service Agreement - Tab through each field to fill in your company information. Print, sign, and return via fax or e-mail.
- New User Information - Tab through each field to fill in your company information. Print and return via fax or e-mail.
Step II
Fill out and return the Order Form, Authorization and Release Form, and a copy of the applicant's resume and/or job application to get started.
- Pricing Information/Reference Check Order Form - Tab through each field to fill in your order information. Print and return via fax or e-mail. Or click here to submit an online order form.
- Pre-Employment Authorization and Release Form - Print. Have candidate(s) complete. Sign and return (must be submitted via fax).
- Copy of resume and job application for candidate(s) being checked
Step III
Information for Candidates: Fair Credit Reporting Act
- FCRA Disclosure Form - Enter company information. Print. Have applicant sign and keep for your records.
- FCRA Individual Rights Document (PDF)
Please provide a copy of the FCRA Individual Rights Document to the potential employee when he/she fills out the FCRA Disclosure Form.
