Expand your knowledge and receive recognition for your training and experience by earning your PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), or GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources). MRA's study courses help you successfully prepare for these exams, which are offered by the Human Resource Certification Institute.
PHR/SPHR Program
MRA's program provides you SPHR-certified instructors, the SHRM Learning System books and an interactive CD-ROM with sample test questions, and access to additional resources through MRA's Resource Center.
Over the past several exam periods:
- 97% of MRA's PHR participants passed the exam.
- 82% of MRA's SPHR participants passed the exam.
Six modules are covered:
- Strategic Management
- Workforce Planning and Employment
- Human Resource Development
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee and Labor Relations
- Health, Safety, and Security
Note: The exam is conducted by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), not MRA. You must apply directly to HRCI to be approved for the exam. There is an exam fee. Testing is conducted mid-November to mid-January. See www.hrci.org for more information.
GPHR Program
MRA's course provides a wealth of information on international human resource issues, regardless of whether or not you plan to take the certification exam.

Types of international assignment policies; expatriate cost projections; repatriation issues.
- International Employee Relations and Regulations
Application of U.S. laws to global enterprises; international and regional rights and labors standards; visas/work permits/employment contracts.
