At MRA, our Individual and Group Outplacement Services help you transition displaced or downsized employees, whether that's one person or 50. We assist over 125 clients each year with Outplacement Services. On average, the individuals we serve find a new position within 60 days.

Individual Outplacement

Group Outplacement: Workshops
Group Outplacement Workshops are a cost-effective method of delivering job search tools and coaching to groups of employees. MRA's experienced outplacement specialists can lead one- to three-day workshops, or customize a package to fit your needs.
