Every organization striving for successful, efficient operation faces a common set of challenges. These challenges include people issues, process issues, and everything in between. How often have you wondered: How have others tackled this same issue? Who can I bounce this idea off of?
MRA's networking groups are monthly, confidential peer-to-peer dialogues conducted by an experienced facilitator at one of our Host Member sites, a public facility, or in our Moline office. Members are experienced professionals who collectively determine topics and actively participate in facilitated discussions. Many participants think of their networking peers as their own professional network and private consulting team.
Past topics have included:
- How do you make the move from functional to strategic HR?
- How is your organization transitioning to a lean culture?
- What are some new ideas to retain high performers?
