Who are FHRA members?
FHRA members are human resources professionals representing various financial organizations throughout the greater southeastern Wisconsin area. FHRA members must meet eligibility requirements. See How Can I Get Involved? to become members. All levels of human resource professionals are represented in FHRA.
How often are meetings held and what is the meeting format?
Meetings are held approximately every month (from September through May) and are hosted by member organizations. Meeting topics are selected by members through an annual survey and focus on current issues and new trends in human resources. Topics range from employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, training and legal updates.
Guest speakers are experts in the industry. Past speakers include human resources professionals from Fortune 500 companies, MRA Trainers and some of Milwaukee's leading attorneys. FHRA also coordinates social events such as an annual Holiday Gathering!
