Coaching is a powerful development tool. It can help to improve key skills and competencies at all levels of your organization. Similar to a personal trainer, a coach helps get you where you want to go, faster. MRA's experienced coaches can provide direct assistance or train you to be an internal coach.

Coaching for High Potentials
Coaching from MRA provides: a positive ROI as key individuals achieve more; a unique reward to the individual receiving the personal coach; clear messaging to the rest of your organization about support; and enhanced performance of the groups led by the coached individuals.

MRA's coaching model contains four key components:

  1. Establish a partnership between the employee, his or her supervisor, and the MRA coach so there is clarity regarding approaches, communication, and goals.
  2. Apply assessments to identify an employee's skills, communication styles, and patterns of behavior.
  3. Create and implement a development plan with regular reviews and assessments.
  4. Deliver evidence of progress on the outcomes to the coachee's supervisor.

Executive Coaching
MRA coaches also offer one-on-one assistance to leaders. Common issues addressed among those in the C-Suite include:

  • Overall communication style.
  • Leadership presence.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Delegation.

These personalized sessions offer targeted training in an effective and efficient format.

MRA's Coaching Certification
In addition to providing one-on-one coaching, MRA offers a Coaching Certification program. Managers and HR professionals who complete the program serve as coaches to their employees or others in the organization. MRA's Coaching Certification program is led by MRA coaches who bring real work experience as executives in various businesses and industries, and the HR knowledge of how to apply that experience to create business results.

The Coaching Certification program teaches you how to:

  • Facilitate employee discovery and learning.
  • Properly administer and interpret core assessments and interpersonal style inventories.
  • Create customized development plans.
  • Train others in your organization to be impactful coaches.
  • Apply MRA's coaching model that emphasizes a partnership among the employee, his or manager, and the coach.

MRA members receive value pricing on all services.
