Assessment services, individual and group outplacement, coaching, and performance counseling are part of MRA's Career Services portfolio.

Assessment Services improve a company's intellectual capital ROI by providing feedback instruments that measure a candidate's key competencies and match them against position requirements. Career Coaching teams an individual with an experienced MRA coach. The coaching process encourages the employee to take responsibility for his or her career by taking ownership of personal development. The individual identifies strengths and gaps in skill sets and together they create a plan to close the gaps.

Executive Coaching supports top managers of an organization through one-on-one discussions with a professional mentor who has worked successfully at the executive level. Coaching is a valuable tool for grooming future executives, as well as those in transition today.

Performance Counseling serves the business by helping to define a "difficult" employee's sources of conflict, exploring alternatives, and developing an action plan focused on positive change. Milestones include group meetings, individual counseling, and recommendations for both the employee and manager.

Relocated-Spouse Job Search provides coaching based on a skills assessment; resume creation, interview techniques, salary negotiation, development of a network, and access to online resume databases and job postings.
