A: Unless otherwise specified, everything you need when attending a training course is provided by MRA.

Q: If I register for a course on your web site, how will I know the registration went through correctly?
A: MRA's online registration system provides you with a confirmation when you register. If you notice anything that needs to be changed or added once you have registered, an email link is provided so that you can notify us.

Q: If I realize at the last minute that I can't attend a training course and I can't attend a make-up course, can I send someone in my place?
A: Yes, substitutions are always welcome.

Q: If I need to cancel my course registration, how much notice should I give?
A: Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to the training course start time.

Q: My training course is scheduled all day, do you provide us with lunch?
A: In Waukesha: Any full day courses ending at 3:30 or 4:00 will have lunch provided by MRA.
In Palatine: Participants are responsible for their own lunch.
In Quad Cities: Lunch is not included unless specified.
All Other Locations: Lunch is not included unless specified.
