Performance Management
An effective performance management system includes performance appraisals, but is so much more.

MRA did a fantastic job helping us develop a new Performance Management System. The new system clearly measures and substantiates indirect contributions and performance. Employees' expectations and job duties are now more defined and specific.

MRA's professionalism and flexibility made the process more manageable and achieveable. They incorporated our mission statement and core values to uniquely identify our organizational needs. They also trained our management staff on how to write an effective appraisal as well as the importance of coaching and counseling their employees year-round.

Our new Performance Management system not only measures contributions more objectively, it is a more effective tool in achieving company goals.
