Recruiting for candidates in recent years has become more and more challenging due to changing technology and demographics along with shortages of qualified applicants. We would love to hear your most unique experience when sourcing or interviewing candidates. What things have made you shake your head and wonder “what were they thinking?”

Send your response to insidehr@mranet.org. Responses can be viewed in a blog thread in our next publication. Your name and any company reference will be removed and only your anonymous responses will be displayed.

We look forward to hearing from you!
