Competency Management Process
MRA's Competency Management process examines:

Implementation Options
MRA's experienced HR professionals can facilitate the entire process for you, or provide you the training and tools to help you lead the process yourself. A key tool in the process is MRA's uniquely designed competency cards. The set of 60+ cards and related charts facilitates agreement and alignment on the top competencies required of staff, management, leadership, and other key groups.
